Celebrate the full moon! Join Moira and your yoga friends for a one hour class followed by socializing and refreshments. No dance ability required! For those who like to move, sweat and have fun! With roots in yoga asana, vinyasa flow and breath, this class explores the transformative power of dance and moving meditation. Upbeat and eclectic music selections will help you find your inner dancer. Ignite passion, freedom and creativity! Wear comfortable clothes. Creative costuming permitted! Bring your favorite snack or beverage to share.

Hoop Dancing is really hopping at River Rock! Our hoop dancing workshops are so much fun and so well-received that we decided to schedule another. Come and learn the basics of this beautiful and exciting art form and fitness craze. Discover the latest way to get in shape, have fun and balance your mood! A slow Vinyasa Yoga flow class in which we explore the relationship between breath, movement, stillness and prana (Energy). We start with gentle joint warming exercises & Chi Kung practice, into a slow Hatha Yoga Vinyasa, a cool down practice, and a seated Meditation. No acrobatics! No pretzel poses! Guaranteed!
