River Rock Yoga and Pilates Studio presents a 21 Day Pilates Fall Fitness Challenge, starts Oct.16th! Jump start your Fall fitness with a daily Pilates Mat Class, fitness plan, group support, and nutrition information!
This challenge is suitable for anyone at any fitness level who wants to commit seriously to a daily exercise and healthy eating program.
You will be held accountable 😂
Transform your body in 21 days! Improve strength, flexibility, posture, agility, and body awareness, while flattening your tummy and defining your muscles.
45 minute to 1 hour classes will meet daily with Moira for 21 days with an optional two day a week rest/Yoga day.
Pilates 21 Day Schedule:
Sunday 8:00 am Monday 8:30 am Tuesday 7:00 am Wednesday 8:30 am or 5:30 pm (with Kim) Thursday 7:00 am Friday 8:30 am or 6:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am
