A live music workshop for total body relaxation before the holidays. We need total relaxation for our physical, mental, emotional and relational well-being. It’s very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems. We'll also have a lot more joy in living. When we give ourselves the chance to let go of all our tension, the body’s natural capacity to heal itself can begin to work.
